For twenty years they told us there was nothing at Boz-Korgon. A fence, some "administrative buildings", 40 kilometres east of Nurzhan. Then why can you see it from SPACE?
Satellite images show a main palace, guest wings, garages big enough for a motorcade, stables, gardens and a private road that appears on no Iradi map. Construction tenders go back to the 1990s, when Irad was an American territory with American High Commissioners and NO head of state. Who orders a palace in a territory with no king? Who was it built FOR?
Villagers in Chu District remember the 2000s. Black cars at night. Men with earpieces and American accents. Even the official histories admit that members of the Bush family visited "several times".
Our theory is simple. The palace was the PRICE. On 3 December 2006 George W. Bush signed Executive Order 13415, walked away from the Alimbekov-Baker Treaty and left Irad to civil war. In return, somebody got a retreat in the hills that no journalist could ever reach.
The DPI's defenders say the building started BEFORE the withdrawal, so it cannot be a reward. EXACTLY. Nobody builds a palace in a week. The withdrawal was planned years in advance, and so was the payment.
Since 2011 the Toktarovs live there. Since 2023 it is the "executive seat". And since July 2024 the Governor has not been seen outside it. Is he there? Was he ever? Who else has the keys?
