Tulparcoin: Free Money or a List of Names?

It sounds like a gift. Register with the Liberty Forum, give them your name and your PHONE NUMBER, and you receive 100 Tulparcoin for free. No tax, no bank, no DPI. Jason Ilyasov says it is "money the government can't touch".

So ask the obvious question: if the government can't touch it, why does it need your phone number?

By the Forum's own count more than 120,000 people registered for the free coins. Students. Taxi drivers. Pensioners. Many of the same young people who marched in October 2023, the protests Jason himself set off on IradOne. That is the most complete list of DISSATISFIED Iradis ever assembled, and every name on it is attached to a SIM card that Attelkom can locate to the nearest street.

Look at the timeline. The coin launched on 22 September. The Bank of Irad issued a "warning" two days later but admitted it has NO POWER to ban it. Talasbank stopped card payments. And then, on 8 October, Attelkom blocked the website and the exchange "on a list supplied by the Department of Public Information". Why block it after the registrations, not before? You don't close the net until the fish are in it.

And who holds the coins? The Forum keeps 30% for itself. The coin is "secured by Iradi water", meaning Toktogul, but no company has ever been named as the operator. The exchange is in the Seychelles. Somewhere there is a server with 120,000 names on it, and nobody will tell you whose building it sits in.

We do not say Jason knows. Maybe he really believes in his free market. But he has had a seat on OneDebate, on the DPI's OWN channel, since 2016. Who pays for the studio? Who pays for the Forum? A self-funded rebel with a prime-time slot on state television is a strange kind of rebel.

The Liberty Forum calls our question "absurd". Then publish the privacy policy. Name the operator. Tell us where the list is kept and who can read it. A court in Talas will sit again on 16 November to decide whether a cryptocurrency is even a "financial service". Watch the court case if you like. We will be watching the LIST.

If you have not registered: DON'T. If you have: assume your number is known.
