Confirmed from Nurzhan. Without VPN the refinery wifi shows the Attelkom page: "This resource is restricted on a list supplied by the competent authority."

The competent authority cannot find the leak in the canteen roof since 2014, but it found us in one morning.

my portal page on attelkom.net still has the link to freeirad and they did not block MY page. maybe because nobody read it. sorry

first post. we were on central square when it went dark. we passed news on paper like our grandparents. the dpi complains google erases us from maps and then attelkom erases a whole square for three days. cartographic discrimination when google does it, "security direction" when they do it.
