Also, the dam's schedule is run by the joint commission under the protocol. Nobody "opens" Toktogul in a temper. Logged, generously.

Gendarmerie on the Aksay Plateau would be the end of the 2007 ceasefire, not the start of a deal. That's a bar rumour. Actual information is in the Valleys thread, from someone who is actually there.

No helicopter has landed at the Kurultai. If one had, the horses would have told you before I could.
The Kurultai does not negotiate with Talas. It decides what it will say to Talas. City people forget this difference. |
