From the kid who lost the language (other thread): I'm now helping with the five-year-olds at the Chicago Sunday school. Mostly horse words. Red pen lady would approve.

I went to the Chicago one with my mom. She hasn't been political since nursing school. She held the sign the whole time and corrected my Iradi in front of everybody. Worth it.

My mom is one, from 2001 (I think half of our church got here that way). She still sends money to the ward she trained in. Every year. She never told anybody, so don't tell her I told you.

Update, 15 months later: I've answered grandma's first sentence in Iradi on every call. Last week she cried and said I sound like my grandfather. Apparently he also had terrible grammar. Thank you,...

Honestly? If it had been fun. Sunday school was the Our Father and grammar. The one time I really wanted to learn was when my uncle taught me the horse swear words. I still know all of them.

What if the first sentence is wrong?
