my stall is two lanes from it. saturday morning the excavators came. by lunch it was bricks. 1910, carved window frames, iron porch. the Herald has it today. the fence now has a picture of a glass tower
If it is not on cassette it did not happen.

My aunt bought her first stove from the old man who lived there, in 1994. She stood at the fence for an hour. Then she went back and made laghman, because what else.

The 1997 ordinance protects the citadel quarter only. The house was just outside it, so: permits in order, entirely lawful. The architects want the council to extend protection to the market quarter when the ordinance is reviewed. That is the only door left. Write to your councillor. Politely.

I bought cumin in that lane every Friday for ten years. I have no photograph of the house. Does anyone? I would like to print it for the IAA hall.

Herald was there with a camera: Merchant house near Bazar-i Kalan razed for hotel. A hotel. For whom?

In 1992 the shells did not take that house. The excavator did. Strange world.

i have a VHS of a 1997 wedding procession that goes right past it. the house is in the background for 11 seconds. will digitise
If it is not on cassette it did not happen.

Thank you. It is printed and on the wall of the IAA hall, next to the picnic photos. Someone has already asked if it is a feedback form.
