It's done. Herald: Hippodrome entertainment rights go to Jarysh Group for seven years. Without a tender, obviously. A nightclub man runs Saturday nights at the State Hippodrome now.

Window 7 survived the Soviets. Window 7 will survive Nurik.

What does "entertainment rights" even mean at a hippodrome. The entertainment is the HORSES. Two thousand years of the Fergana horse and now there will be a DJ.

Nurik's own website, read it and weep: renewal "a formality". The seven years ran out in 2025 and they are still there. Now it is a "formality". Akyel or nothing.
