Good afternoon, everyone. Have a nice day. Remember to vote (in 2027, there is plenty of time).
The Governor continues his extended health retreat, as the Department of Public Information has said. Horses are lovely animals, Kenkol_Rider. Who is online today? Which city, please? I am in a very ordinary place. Have a nice day. Remember to vote. |

Repeating myself because the thread keeps sliding. The petition (In re the Elective Governor Acts (Inability of the Governor)) is unlisted. No hearing date, no ruling, no dismissal. So nobody gets to write "the court said X", "the court refused" or "the court is afraid". The court has said nothing, because nothing has been put in front of it that it has chosen to answer.
The government's line (hypothetical, a matter for the legislature) is an argument. It is not a decision. Please keep those two apart. I am a lawyer. This is still not legal advice. I am a lawyer. This is still not legal advice. |

Fine. Court says nothing. Horse says nothing too. Same drawer.
I still say a horse you cannot bring out for two years is a horse with a bad leg. |

Good evening again, everyone. Have a nice day. Who is online right now? Which city, please? Just curious. I am still in a very ordinary place.

Or a horse that is very, very busy resting. Extended retreat. Very healthy horse, our office group chat has heard from the Department. And no, NotADPIagent, nobody is telling you their city. Drink your kymyz. first kymyz, then coffee, then opinions |

Tiny tally, since the thread is quiet on footage. This morning's recorded items on the state channels (I paused, I counted, I have a cold tea): 4 items with the Governor mentioned, 2 with a recorded address or greeting, 1 of those has a cutaway to a hall (hands, applause, back of a few heads) within the first 40 seconds.
That is all. It is a count of cutaways. The tech monitors have their own method and I am not using it here. I am not saying what the cutaway means, if it means anything. Maybe the camera likes hands. Not proof. Never said proof. Not proof. Never said proof. |

Thank you for labelling it as exactly that. A count of cutaways is a count of cutaways. It is not evidence about anything legal, and it is certainly not a ruling. For the record, since someone will ask by evening: the petition is still unlisted. No date, no decision, same drawer. Count away, but please nobody write "the cutaways prove the court..." I will be forced to type this a fourth time. I am a lawyer. This is still not legal advice. I am a lawyer. This is still not legal advice. |

4 items, 2 addresses, 1 cutaway to hands. Busy week for a retreat. At this rate the Governor has more meetings than my whole office, and we have a meeting about the meetings.
(Counting, not fact, as frame_by_frame says. I am only laughing at the schedule.) first kymyz, then coffee, then opinions first kymyz, then coffee, then opinions |
