Small update: the Liberty Forum office near the Altyn Tower has moved INTO the Altyn Tower. Two floors up from where they were. Rent in that building isn't paid with bake sales. Doesn't tell you who pays it, either.

Since someone asked me at last summer's picnic: no, the Iradi American Association does not fund Mr Ilyasov. I can say this with confidence because I have seen our treasury. It is 1,140 dollars and a broken grill.

Did the boring thing and read the registration. Liberty Forum is registered as a non-profit association. Its filings list "member dues" and "donations from private individuals". Which private individuals, it isn't required to say. Perfectly legal and completely unhelpful.

Since this thread is called "who funds him": the Herald followed the club owner's letter over the Tulpar name and found a Delaware address. That's a fact, not an answer. Still waiting for an answer.
