Facts: last confirmed public appearance early July. DPI line: "extended health retreat", he "continues to govern", decrees and recorded addresses still issued in his name. That's it. That's all anybody actually knows.

Everything else here is RUMOUR and gets labelled as such.

[RUMOUR, my own viewing + two tech monitor accounts] Watched the last recorded address from OneNews at Eight frame by frame. Things I noticed: the collar shadow doesn't move when the head turns. Lip sync drifts by a frame or two at the end of sentences. Two tech monitor accounts flagged the same clip for possible synthesis.

Not proof. Compression does weird things. I would just like to see him cough once.

General Staff of the Defense Corps today pledges loyalty to "the lawful administration". Not to the Governor. Not to the Lieutenant Governor. To "the lawful administration". When generals choose words that carefully, they're choosing who to obey later.

The Synod's autumn communiqué asks for "truthful public information" and "constitutional order". For our bishops, that is a scream.

May I ask everyone something. Please let us not write that he is dead. We do not know. If he is ill, I wish him recovery, even while I wish him out of office. Both can be true at the same time.

The Herald has put it in a headline: Who governs Irad?. Not proof. Never said proof. But a registered newspaper asking the question is new.

Irad Day address was recorded again. My mother watched it twice. First time she said "he looks well". Second time she said "he looks too well". Then she went to make tea and didn't say anything else.

For newer people: the main site says he died in 2022. That is THEIR claim, from THEIR sources, labelled. Plenty of us here don't buy the 2022 part. I saw him in 2023, at a distance, at a rally. Was it him? From three hundred metres everybody is him. That's the problem with all of it.

Two years and three months. A horse goes lame, it gets better or it doesn't. Nobody hides a horse for two years.

Again, since people ask. A lame horse shows it in the first week. A dead horse shows it by spring. A horse you can't bring out for two years and three months is a horse somebody doesn't want you to look at the legs of.

Small procedural point, since the megathread keeps drifting.

The Supreme Court petition (Abdykadyrova / Kuzmenko, In re the Elective Governor Acts (Inability of the Governor)) is still not listed for hearing. Unlisted is not a ruling. It is not a dismissal either. It is a file sitting in a drawer.

The government says the question is hypothetical and for the legislature. Fine, that is an argument. But nobody has decided it, so please do not post "the court said X". The court has said nothing.
