I know nothing about this. My horses have papers. Most of my horses have papers. The ones without papers are Chongtors, and half the Chongtors in Chatkal are in the Guild book and the other half are in grandfather's head. That is not smuggling. That is the mountains.

Talas District Court today: four years for the Kyzyl-Jyldyz breeder, two suspended for the technician. Independent breeders at the hearings asked why the syndicate's own farms were never audited by anyone outside. The question was not answered in court. Not legal advice. Only a question.
