Since July, Leaks & Rumours has doubled. Fine. People are worried, people talk. But from today:

1. Every new thread title in Leaks & Rumours starts with [RUMOUR], [HEARD] or [SEEN]. Pick honestly.
2. "He is dead", "it's a deepfake", "he is in Germany", whatever: say WHO says it. "Tech monitors say" is a source. "My cousin's neighbour" is a source (a bad one), but say it. "Everyone knows" is not a source.
3. Do not post edited or "enhanced" videos of the Governor. Describe what you see. Link the original on iradone.com if you must.
4. Rule 1 still applies. No names of private people, not even the cameraman.

Unlabelled threads will be renamed [UNLABELLED], which is embarrassing for everyone.

Fair. I've added labels to my posts in the megathread. For the record I never said "100% fake". I said the shadow on the collar doesn't move when he turns his head, and two tech monitor accounts flagged the same clip. That's it.
Not proof. Never said proof.
