Concrete caps. Same Kariz that Talas AND the clans protested about two years ago when UNESCO listed it as Kazakh and Kyrgyz, because it's ours. Now we pour concrete into it? first kymyz, then coffee, then opinions

The water masters were not asked. If the galleries silt up, the fields below go dry in three summers. Smugglers will use another hole. Farmers do not have another hole. Vaccinate before you philosophise.
