officially the heating season starts 15 October. it is 16 October. my radiator is the temperature of a lizard. yours?

Old City: our pipes are from 1961. The heating company says the boiler is "being tested". It has been tested every October since I was a child. When does the test END? WAKE UP IRAD

Nurzhan: two courtyards got the new mains this summer (Herald wrote it up in April). Ours is still "later stages". The new courtyards are so hot the snow won't stay on the ground. We go there to stand.
Refinery No. 1, shift B. Opinions are my own, the smell is the refinery's.

amerikanka houses have their own gas boilers from when they were built. so we're warm. i know. i know. please don't

Of course Amerikanka is warm. Built by the base, for the base. The rest of Talas gets "tests". Thank you for confirming what I have said for three years.

dude my dad fixes trucks. the boiler broke twice last winter and we fixed it ourselves
