my phone weather is for the Kyrgyz Talas. it's always 3 degrees colder than outside my window. i have been dressing for the wrong country all winter
first kymyz, then coffee, then opinions

Nurzhan gets Almaty's weather. Nobody in Almaty has ever smelled the refinery on a west wind. The app has no idea what it's missing.
Refinery No. 1, shift B. Opinions are my own, the smell is the refinery's.

the weather widget on my portal says "Loading..." since 2009. so at least it is not wrong. sorry
