[SEEN] Nurzhan, route 14 marshrutka: a Tulparcoin sticker with a QR code where the no-smoking sign used to be. Driver says a guy paid him 20 som to put it there. Driver also says he'd put a sticker on his own mother for 20 som.

[SEEN] kyzyl-adyr too, on the bus stop. someone wrote under it in marker "they want your number" and someone else wrote "my number is 1000" lol. counting thread represent
