[RUMOUR] In 2023 the DPI congress met in August and renominated him. This August: nothing. "At the proper time." The election is 2 November 2027.

So: Toktarov-Maksat again (a ticket headed by a man nobody has seen), Maksat on his own, the General, Alikhan, or a surprise. Odds, please.

Toktarov-Maksat: 2 to 1. You can nominate a recording, apparently, the petition asks about it.
Maksat: 3 to 1.
The General: 4 to 1.
Alikhan: 10 to 1 since Washington.
Surprise: always 50 to 1, and always wins once in your life.

Question 3 of the petition is exactly this: can a Governor unable to appear be nominated. If the court never lists it, the question will answer itself at the party congress.

Petition still not listed for a hearing (see the petition thread). Odds on "the court decides before the party does" just went out to 20 to 1.

[RUMOUR, my own counting] In the last three recorded addresses, OneNews cuts away to Maksat twice as often as it did in 2025. Somebody in the edit suite has an opinion. I count cutaways now. That's my whole personality.
