[RUMOUR] obviously, it's in the title. the megathread is all collar shadows now, so a lighter one: where is the retreat?

my guesses:
1) boz-korgon (boring)
2) a clinic in germany
3) issyk-kul, a sanatorium with soviet carpets
4) the altyn tower lift, which has been stuck since 2016

[RUMOUR] Boz-Korgon. The dacha man has been counting ambulances for a year and a half. The boring answer is usually the right one.

[HEARD] Family in Kara-Buura heard "Germany". They also heard Switzerland, Abu Dhabi and Beijing. Every country with good hospitals and a quiet press.

[RUMOUR] Doesn't matter where. A country that runs for two months without its ruler doesn't need one. Jason said this on his stream.
