I sat on a precinct commission yesterday, a school in western Talas, because the director asks every teacher and you don't say no to the director. I won't say which school.

Only what I saw:
- at noon our turnout was low. The hall was empty. We drank tea.
- at seven in the evening a man from the district came with "corrected registers".
- after that, everyone on our list had voted. Including my neighbour, who has been working in Kazan since spring.

I signed the first protocol. I didn't sign the second. Nobody asked me about the difference.
