For those inside who can't open it: the Steppe Investigative Network reports that Alikhan Toktarov bought three beachfront villas in Dubai worth more than $18 million, and alleges the money came from telecoms licensing fees. He says he paid from his own business income. Nobody has been charged with anything.

I tried to work out how many refinery shifts $18 million is and the calculator ran out of zeros.
Refinery No. 1, shift B. Opinions are my own, the smell is the refinery's.

Abolish the licences and the family simply owns the thing the licence was for. Same villa, fewer forms.

Nothing on OneNews. OneBreakfast did a cooking segment on Dubai dates this morning, though. I'm not saying anything. I'm just saying dates.
